  15.           _J_g_u_i is an administration program for Xinet servers which
  16.           speaks a proprietary protocol over a TCP/IP connection to a
  17.           ``client'' application that handles user GUI interactions.
  18.           Xinet also ships a JAVA application that implements the
  19.           client side of this protocol.  See the _X_i_n_e_t _A_d_m_i_n_i_s_t_r_a_t_i_o_n
  20.           _G_u_i_d_e for details about running the JAVA client on a
  21.           Macintosh.

  23.           The _j_g_u_i program implements identical behaviour to
  24.           _x_k_t_a_l_k(1), except for not interacting with the user via the
  25.           X Window System.  It even uses the same X Resource Database
  26.           files as _x_k_t_a_l_k(1).  See the _x_k_t_a_l_k(1) manual page for
  27.           information about those resources.

  29.           With no ----pppp argument, _j_g_u_i prints a TCP port number on
  30.           standard output, then waits up to 1 minute for a connection
  31.           on that port from a client.  If given a _p_o_r_t number on the
  32.           command line, _j_g_u_i registers its IP address and _p_o_r_t with
  33.           NBP, then listens on that port number (if it is not taken)
  34.           and continually accepts connections from clients, fork()ing
  35.           a new GUI sessions for each.

  37.           There is minimal Protocol debugging provided through the ----DDDD
  38.           and ----dddd options.  The ----DDDD option turns on all relevant
  39.           debugging options.  The following table lists the relevant
  40.           bits in _h_e_x_d_b_g and what they mean.
